Get answers to common questions about Classic Facial.
The Classic Facial is ideal for normal, combination, oily, and dry skin. Our estheticians customize products based on your needs to balance oiliness or add hydration, making it an excellent first facial for most clients.
Typically 50 to 60 minutes including a brief skin consultation. Time allows for cleansing, exfoliation, mask application, and moisturizer, with adjustments based on skin condition or client preferences. This ensures a thorough, unrushed experience.
Most clients experience minimal irritation; we use gentle exfoliants and hydrating masks. Sensitive skin may have mild temporary redness. Communicate any concerns during consultation so we can tailor products and techniques to minimize reactions and protect your skin.
For maintenance, every four to six weeks is recommended to support cell turnover and barrier health. Your esthetician will advise frequency based on skin type, concerns, and lifestyle, adjusting treatments as your skin improves or seasons change.
Avoid heavy sun exposure, tanning beds, and strong active ingredients like retinol or acids for 24–48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, wear sunscreen, and follow any home-care steps recommended by your esthetician to protect and prolong results.
It's best to wait at least a few hours to allow your skin to breathe and the moisturizer to absorb. If you must, apply lightweight, non-comedogenic makeup and avoid heavy layers to maintain the facial’s hydrating and balancing benefits.
