Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Lift.

A Lash Lift lasts about six to eight weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Touch-ups every two to three months are common to maintain curl and fullness as lashes shed and regrow.

When performed properly by certified technicians, Lash Lifts are safe and do not cause lasting damage. Temporary dryness or brittleness can occur; following recommended aftercare and periodic conditioning treatments helps maintain lash strength and health.

Avoid mascara for the first 24 to 48 hours to allow the lift to set. Afterwards, use water-based mascaras and avoid oil-based removers and formulas which can weaken the lift and reduce longevity.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid waterproof mascara or heavy eye products. Skip lash tints if you plan to combine services—discuss tinting during booking. Plan for a 45–60 minute appointment and relax while we pamper your lashes.

Lash Lifts can enhance even shorter lashes by creating curl and visible lift, but results vary. A consultation will assess lash length and density; in some cases a lift combined with a tint or growth serum is recommended for optimal appearance.

Avoid water, steam, and eye makeup for the first 24–48 hours. Use gentle, oil-free cleansers and avoid rubbing lashes. Apply recommended conditioning serums and schedule follow-up appointments to maintain curl and lash health.
