Most clients feel brief, manageable discomfort as the hard wax removes hair from the crease. Our technicians use gentle technique, high-quality wax, and soothe skin afterward. If you have low pain tolerance, topical numbing can be applied upon request.

Wear clean, loose clothing and avoid heavy creams or oils on the day of your appointment. Hair should be about quarter-inch long for best removal. Exfoliate lightly 48 hours before and avoid sun exposure, retinoids, or chemical peels at the area.

The service typically takes 15 to 25 minutes from prep to finish. Time varies by hair amount and sensitivity. Allow extra time for consultation, skin-soothing aftercare, or if this is your first waxing with us.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, strenuous exercise and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Apply a gentle, alcohol-free soothing gel and refrain from exfoliating for 48 hours. After that, gentle exfoliation helps prevent ingrowns and maintain smooth, hair-free results.

Most clients see regrowth in three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and hormones. Regular waxing can soften and reduce density over time. If you notice irregular regrowth or irritation, contact us for advice and possible treatment adjustments.

We cannot wax active infections, open wounds, sunburned skin, or areas treated with isotretinoin within the past six months. Recent chemical peels or laser treatments also require clearance. Always disclose medications, skin conditions, or recent procedures during your consultation for safe service.
